First, the Plain English Part. |

This is an advertising Portal. In order for you to advertise an item, post or apply for a Job, or find a friend, it will be necessary for you to enter contact information so that a potential buyer, friend or employer may contact you. You can choose to hide your contact information, in which case a message will be held for you on this Site(s) in your Inbox. If you chose not to hide your contact details then any member of the public, third party will be able to access your contact details.
You should be aware that non affiliated Third parties such as SPAM organizations and direct marketing companies or their agents may trawl the Site seeking contact information and email address information. In such a case we have no control over its subsequent use or disclosure of information.
We do not sell, exchange or transfer any data entered in this system to any third party organisations.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information |

You are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to visit the Site. We automatically collect Usage Data (as described below) and may collect Post codes and other information in connection with your use of the Site (e.g., the type of car, house, job etc you are looking for). We collect personally identifiable information only when you provide it. If you complete an advertisement on the Site, then in order for the potential customer to contact you we will supply any personally identifiable information that you have made available on the Site for this purpose. If when creating an advertisement you have elected to Hide Contact Details, then your personally identifiable information will not be provided and instead the potential customer will be able to send you a message only on the Site. |
| 3. | Non Affiliated Third Parties. When purchasing an ad, it is important to note that any information you choose to include in an Ad may be made publicly available via the Site. You are required to include at least your phone number, and optionally, an email address to allow users to contact you regarding your Ad. As such, you may receive unsolicited phone calls and emails from third parties. We also may offer message boards, bulletin boards, chat rooms, or other forums ("Forums") on the Site for use by visitors who are 13 years of age or older.
